I am a practicing attorney, and I have been working in the Women’s movement and the Civil Rights movement since 1970. I am now 84, and I have never stopped fighting. I worked for women’s reproductive rights in this country when back-alley abortions were the only alternative for women who had unwanted pregnancies.

When Trump’s Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wade, I was devastated. I have observed that this Administration is hellbent on retuning to a time when women had no rights. I support Dave because I trust him to fight for women and to help us regain those rights, because he knows that all politics is local. You make change at the top by fighting from the street corners and state houses, and Dave is ready for that fight.

At this stage of my career, I specialize in Consumer Bankruptcy Law. I’ve owned my business for over 43 years and continue to represent folks who are losing their homes and paychecks. Dave understands that most of these people are facing foreclosure and garnishments because their paychecks are not increasing while the cost of living keeps going up, thanks to this Administration’s spending spree using our tax dollars for war and tariffs. These are the folks Dave will fight for in Dover.

As a dental hygienist, I have spent most of my career advocating for access to care. I’ve served as the Delaware Dental Hygienist Liaison to Head Start, the state representative to OPEN (Oral Health Progress and Equity Network), as well as in leadership roles in the Delaware Dental Hygienists’ Association. Currently retired from clinical practice, in recent years I was honored to serve on the Delaware Dental Care Access Task Force chaired by then State Senator Sarah McBride.

Former 23rd RD Representatives, Paul Baumbach and Mara Gorman were strong supporters of our efforts. I am confident that Dave Redlawsk will continue this, as he understands the importance, value and need for qualified allied health professionals to address the current workforce shortage. My years as a member of the 23rd RD committee have shown me that Dave has the knowledge, leadership and ability to be the next Representative in the 23rd RD.
